About Brian

  • On time, to the minute

If I say I'm going to be there at 8 o'clock, I show up exactly on time.

Brian has never been late to a job. You get a date, a time and an estimate of how long the work will take.

  • You pay after the walk-around

I do not accept any payment until the job is finished and a complete walk-around is done.

No deposit. When the work is done you walk the property with Brian, and only then does he take payment. Cards, checks and cash are all fine.

  • Brian is on every job

I'm on every single job site myself.

The owner is on site for every wash. The crew is presentable, professionally trained and running professional-grade equipment.

  • Your landscaping is protected

It's easy to have $10,000, $20,000 in a few bushes these days.

Plants are watered before, during and after. Bushes get tarped, outlets get taped, sensitive areas get caution tape and vehicles are moved clear of overspray.

  • Straight answers

I would rather lose money than sell them something that's not true or something they don't need.

If a service won't help, Brian will tell you. If he spots a problem on the property, he points it out and talks it through with you.

From first call to final walk-around

Six steps. The last one is the only time money changes hands.

Start at step one

  1. Reach out

Call, text or send the quote form. Brian asks what you need cleaned and where the property is.

  2. Walk the property

Brian comes out, usually fast. In spring and fall it can take a day or two. He looks at every surface with you and explains what each one needs.

  3. Get a written quote

The quote arrives after the walk. There is no deposit and no payment plan to sign.

  4. Pick a day that suits you

The wash is booked around your family, your work and your travel. Crews run seven days a week from 7 AM until dark.

  5. Wash day

Plants are watered and covered, outlets taped, cars moved. You are told how long the job should take, and it nearly always lands on time.

  6. Walk-around, then pay

You inspect the work with Brian. He tells you when pets can go back out and when sealed concrete can take foot traffic or a car. Then you pay.

About concrete sealing

Southern Indiana and Louisville's east end

Sellersburg is home base. The truck and trailer leave from here every morning, so local jobs get the fastest walk-throughs and the most flexible scheduling. From golf course homes to newer subdivisions, most Sellersburg properties Brian washes have the same three needs: a roof with black streaks, siding with green on the shaded side and a driveway that has gone gray. All three can be done in one visit. From here Brian works across Southern Indiana, from Jeffersonville and New Albany out to Corydon, and across Louisville's East End and Oldham County. In Kentucky that includes house washing and soft washing in Louisville, roof cleaning in Louisville and driveway cleaning in Louisville.

What customers ask most

All questions and answers

Is it safe for my pets after you spray?

Keep pets inside for at least an hour after the wash. Brian tells you the exact time before he leaves. After a roof wash, pets can usually go back out within an hour.

Can the cleaners damage my landscaping?

They can if the crew is careless, which is why protecting plants is part of every job. Landscaping is soaked with water before any cleaner goes on, one person keeps it watered the whole time, and most bushes are tarped.

How long until I can walk or drive on sealed concrete?

It depends on the sealer and the weather that day. Brian gives you the exact times for foot traffic and for cars before he leaves the property.

Do I pay a deposit?

No. Nothing is paid until the job is finished and you have done a complete walk-around with Brian. He accepts all credit cards, checks and cash. There are no payment plans.

How much does pressure washing cost?

Every job is priced after Brian walks the property with you and sees each surface, how big it is and how much growth is on it. You get a written quote, there is no deposit, and you pay only after the final walk-around.

Is power washing the same as pressure washing?

Most people use the two names for the same thing: cleaning with water under high pressure. Some in the trade use power washing to mean washing with heated water. The method matters more than the name. Meyer Pressure Washing uses high pressure on concrete and a soft wash at 300 PSI or less on roofs and siding.

Ready for a walk-through?

Brian comes out, walks the property with you and sends a written quote. You pay nothing until the job is done and you have inspected it.
